Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I have a old Moto E cell. But after enter IMEI, the sprint website tell me "We can't activate this phone online " "Sorry, please bring your phone to a Sprint Store so we can help."
Any idea to solve this?

Buy a different phone.
I actually have no need of this phone, just open an idle line to get another $300.
Quote from Tuxedo1 :
Try to check it in Ting or Tello BYOD checker which will push the IMEI into Sprint and it will allow to port into Sprint.
Tello passed the check. But still not for sprint.

I was surprised at how many cell phones I found laying around my house when I looked. I personally could port at least 7 lines and I know I have even a couple more I couldn't find or my roommate is using.
I have about 10 working smartphones, but since I use Tracfone which doesn't use Sprint network, only my recent unlocked Visible Moto E6 is compatible with Sprint. Had to buy two additional phones to port in 3 lines.

I don't have many available numbers to port in either. Used 2 from Visible and one from FreeUp, that's it.

I still don't understand. I don't think there is any verification needed if selecting No credit check account.
for no credit check they still verify who you are, they ask you like 4 crazy questions. i don't know where they based it from but usually a previous address, last car purchased, and color.....etc...they may not pull your bureau but they verify you.

Hmm, that wasn't my experience with my Unlimited Plus account. I used short version of my name and my PO box address.

It's in your personal file that they culled from public records, your home/auto insurance companies, banks, even the FAA public data base. I've got questions about the make/model of my airplane, my pilot rating, where my SSN was assigned, etc. I like one question which asked which street is closest to my street. If someone just got your name & address from public records but doesn't actually live there, he/she is unlikely to find the answer in less than 1 minute.

They only ask the questions if you call in. Did you call in?

I logged into the Sprint account portal with my old credentials and I don't see my account info. Just and old bill. Does it take time for things to register?

I tend to buy unlocked phones and was with Sprint for years, thus I had a lot of available phones for Sprint.

Just pulled the trigger with referral code for extra $50, went through $80 cashbacks site, search through Sprint, then clicked the BYOD link, the Sprint.com opened, I typed no credit check in the search area, then click no credit check in the middle of page, it took me to plan and deal page, I clicked the $35 Kickstarter plan, choose Sprint sim card(0$) then input my IMEI, then next page input my name address and date of birth, next page I input my phone# and account number and pin, name email address etc and put all 9s in the SSN field. Then input my credit card number and agree all terms, my total is zero. 10 minutes after submitting my order, I got notification about pending $80 credit from cashbacks site. I will activate the sim card and submit $300 rebate after all set. Hope this help someone. Btw, I Port out my number from h2o wireless. PM me if I can help u. stay up late due to self quarantine. everyone be safe.
Did you have to pre buy the sim card, or does Sprint send you a sim after you placed your order?

Cheers
