Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

When does Sprint start the billing? Can I place the order today, receive the SIM in the next day or two and then wait to activate till the 7th?

Ten days to activate SIM - I activated yesterday with a SIM I already had and I won't pay first month's bill until 4/22/20

Great.. This proves that offer is still open for existing accounts as well.. It is just problem with their website that it stopped showing offer in chrome..

Even i am able to see the offer for my existing acct in IE today.. But i already placed order yesterday from chrome without offer visible..
I tried IE but the sprint webpage showed like a total mess in IE that I couldn't even find the sign in button.

Something strange happened. Perhaps the moderators have had their fill of referral link references and comments about managing cash back sites?

Dan
Something similar happened to posts between around 3AM to 7AM on Tuesday 3/31. See the 4-hr gap between posts #3155 and #3156. I made some posts in between that time and they were gone, nothing about referral.

My post got deleted. I never asked for ... but I guess the keyword matched.

Anyway, I was wondering if it is ok to buy the LG Eternity phone and then swap it for my existing unlocked iph 11. Will it affect my $300 sprint rebate? Will the same sprint sim work?

I hope this math is correct 5 lines BYOD (experts please correct)
1. Cb $80 x 5 = $400
2. sprint friends $50 per account $50 X 1 = $50
3. Gift cards $300 per line 300 X 5 = $1500
4. Three months charges $100 x 3 = $ 300 plus taxes (could be more if GC's are not received within 90 days)
Net gain = 400 + 50 + 1500 - 300 = $ 1650 (could be less as taxes and cost of buying sim from amazon not considered)

*** YMMV Credit Union CB (only if you can get the lines converted to UL plus -may not apply on basic UL plan) $100 x5 = $500 ( hence not considered)**

I had a detailed answer that was deleted. You must be new to the thread because freedom to switch SIM/device combinations was discussed in detail. You can manage it yourself, it is a permissible activity, as long as the phone number is in service on BYOD I don't see why changing devices as needed would be a reason to invalidate the $300.

Do some research - if not within this thread then on other Sprint advisory sites.

Go with Unlimited Plus, $100 for 5 lines after discount
For the 3rd - 5th lines, what price does it show? Mine shows as the original price as $25 and in details it adds $10 for plus. Talked with chat rep and he said the promotional price will be applied in 1-2 billing cycles.
Also, my plan details are shown as following. Does not look correct as it's regular price not $100 for 5 lines.

Unlimited Talk, Text and Data. Line 1: $65; Line 2: $45; Lines 3-10: $25. Eligible for $5 AutoPay discount on lines 1-10. DVD-quality Streaming. 500MB Mobile Hotspot. International Text from US. Sprint Global Roaming with 5GB 4G LTE Canada/Mexico data roaming. Additional features available with Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Premium packages.

Removed some words in quote. LMAO
1. Maybe... read back earlier threads to determine which site is better/safer
2. Only fixed amount not determined by # of lines
3. Yes - most probably LMAO if you are new to Sprint LMAOLMAO
4. You will need at least 4 months

Seems right except for your referral. Are you opening 5 lines under 5 individual accounts? Referrals are per account not per line so opening one account will only yield $50, not $250. If you're doing individual accounts, you can refer yourself after the first account and get $450 from referrals.

I ordered a Sprint IPhone 5 from ebay that did not come with a SIM and while placing order for a new line on Sprint.com, its not letting me order a new SIM. Its showing me some SIM card number that probably was the original SIM on this phone. How and where do I get a new SIM now?

He would not be referring himself since #4 is $100 per month cost for Sprint.

Plus referring himself like that would be very high risk.

Wouldn't the cost of 5 lines on 1 account for $100 increase after 4/30 to normal price for 5 lines?
At least that is what Sprint told me
