Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

bummer.. I overlooked that one. Is there any way I can cancel my order and start over with all 5 lines to be qualified for new customer promo?
Since I already created one account with Sprint and I did not port in my 5 lines when I placed my first order, I am thinking about porting in another phone number to a second account. The second account would be in my name, same address, but different email address and phone number. It would be a no credit check line since the first line that I created was a credit check line. Someone in this thread posted that you can have one credit check account and one no credit check account.
If Sprint does get back to me in 10-12 weeks about whether the $300 is approved on the second account, I wont end up losing much if I cancel the line at that point, as long as I get the $80 portal (affiliate) cash back.

On a different note, I notice some people on here mentioned the idea of something like 5 separate accounts, each on Kickstarter plan, to maximize cash back. That kind of contradicts the 1 credit check and 1 no credit check account per person.

its the cache thing, all we need do is try with different browsers each time, it showed up for first time and didn't from second time onwards.. may be clearing cache might help, but I didnt do that.. tried with IE from personal laptop and it worked.

Has anyone ported over from T-Mobile? Thinking about jumping in on this deal. Any comment about your experience?

So, you added additional line to the original account from different laptop, and got confirmation for $300 GC promotion, right? BTW, I'm little confusing if this promotion only applies to the new customer, since I don't see this promotion is only for the new customer anywhere in Sprint.com. It just said BYOD from another carrier.

It's in the fineprint of the promo page and other places. See screenshot below. The promo code is 300BYOD313 if you want to search for details.
