Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

yeah you need sims to port the numbers. when you do BYOD it sometimes skips asking you to buy more sims after you buy the first one. It's a glitch. you need to call and order more sims
I get rejected and so did others.
They are aware of the $300 rebate that was the reason it was rejected.
