Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

If it were denied due to poor/no credit history, then the explanation would be different from "We were unable to verify your identity".
I have two phones left I can use.
One is an old Moto E6 and I have an ATT number ready to port in.
The other is my primary phone (G7) currently on MINT (the line referenced above previously on Sprint). I'm considering porting this number to GV, then using the phone with an ATT ebay number for another account on Sprint. I may just roll the dice and do a direct MINT>Sprint port ... but not sure if it will either be ineligible or worse, throw a red flag onto all my other 6 lines.
yes and yes. old numbers are ok if it is > 45 days
btw how come i cant rep you and you have no rep points?

Even if the offer doesn't show up on shopping cart, you would get it if you are adding a new line, purchase a phone outright and also porting your number.
Could anyone confirm pls?
I already called credit department 3 times for me, my mom and my wife. They are clean since they never had account. Each time they just told me to go to a store with ID. Telesales apparently can create an order for me but I'm reluctant as I'll miss a bunch of cash back.
super tempted to create an account under my dad who lives in another state.

But yes many did not see the $300 during check out but were able to successfully registered their telephone number on Sprint and received an email notification with tracking.
