Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Also, will we get $300 master card as well if we add lines to account which I created in March and bought one phone? I know this is Hit or miss as my account will be considered as an existing one, but would like to hear from someone with personal experience

If I call Sprint to start these account, obviously cashback would forfeit. I assumed someone experienced similar/same issue, but being at the last minute; I read/searched as many posts as I could, but still no avail. just about to give up and here i am... looking for help without hope though... LOL

I have two phones left I can use.
One is an old Moto E6 and I have an ATT number ready to port in.
The other is my primary phone (G7) currently on MINT (the line referenced above previously on Sprint). I'm considering porting this number to GV, then using the phone with an ATT ebay number for another account on Sprint. I may just roll the dice and do a direct MINT>Sprint port ... but not sure if it will either be ineligible or worse, throw a red flag onto all my other 6 lines.
Call 888-788-0788, 1 or 2 (language choice), 2 for fraud, 2 to speak to someone. Tell them you are on a list preventing you from placing orders.
They are on the phone with me now, but don't see any restrictions on my account and said this isn't normally a "fraud" dept issue. . .but she's got me on hold looking for solutions. She didn't know of an "address hold" other than "do not order" hold. . . and we are both clear of it.
2 addresses by the way as well, we own side by side houses. ANd of course the credit card companies don't have an issue and have pending $1 charges. . .

But yes many did not see the $300 during check out but were able to successfully registered their telephone number on Sprint and received an email notification with tracking.
