Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Wonder if their next promo is Free Jumbo bottle of Sanitizer with BYOD, lol. That item has proven more elusive to me than even this deal. And I was going to WM stores a month ago (before they cut their hours) as the pallets were put on aisles at 10pm and sifting through them. Never found even a 2oz or 8oz for travel times. At home I still like soap, Which is now always lol.
Did they send a single SIM or a SIM kit? A kit has 4 different SIMs in it, one of them will work for your phone.

i dont think email matters. as long as you input your phone or tracking # on the tracking site and it shows the details

SD provides lot more than all other cash back sites. There is a vibrant and very knowledgeable community who are all willing to offer help and infromation. I have got good deals, earned a quite a bit (for e.g. through this deal) and more than earning, learned a lot from discussions to make a right decision.
SD should be entitled to make money for the related work - website upkeep, the staff etc. For e.g in this deal, I don't think they would have made any money. It's not like we do not make money as well in the process. And returns do not need to be in terms of cash all the time.
