Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Last Sat 04/04, I couldn't port in number online and had to call customer service for help. He forced me to sign up Sprint Complete and told me I can cancel the following day. I called the next day. She told me no confirmation and it would take 2 business days to cancel. Checked back Tuesday, the service was not canceled in my account. Called again, the same thing happened that Sprint Complete cheated again. Very frustrated.

Also, this is the only annotation that I see for my online, no-credit-check, five-lines order, rebate submitted three weeks ago.
As for those of you who have multiple "Missing xxxxxx" annotations, wait a week or two. From actively watching the thread, this issue seems strongly correlated with recent orders, so my hypothesis is that this is just an indication of lag / delay in transmission of data from Sprint to RebatesHQ—nothing to get anxious about right away.
