Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

going from unlimited plus to premium plus for free through the sprint perks doesnt affect anything other than giving you more premium features like amazon prime for free
also confirming that 300 -and Walgreens 200 both stack - I've verified this on my accounts and it went through.
the amazon 100 does not stack CONFIRMED

CSR had to call me multiple times because my google voice for some reason wasn't ringing on my phone.
CSR unfortunately, couldn't do anything but was glad to keep the case open. I forwarded him the screenshot of the promo and the rebateshq tracking number and mentioned when I ordered and when I activated and still nothing. They will gladly get rebateshq engaged later if there is an issue with the rebate.
Also, just thought... terms and conditions say "credit approval required". Wonder if that is going to be a problem for some as well?? I signed up with the no credit check option. Still holding firm in my hope that it is ok since the order confirmation shows the $300 being eligible for all 5 lines...
