Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

So has anyone heard anything back from Marci and her team? At least an acknowledgement that they've received your complaints?
The one assigned to me called twice, saw it on my missed call. The toll free number they are calling from is like a regular Sprint customer service line. A regular rep picked up when I called back and she found some notes /communication from the executive care team to the promo dept, saying my activation was within the promo guidelines and that I should be receiving my gc in 13 to 15 weeks. I asked the rep if she can email me a copy of that communication but she said she can't. I'll be more comfortable if I see my activation date turn into a valid date.

Hmm, same dates for me as well. Did they explain what the terms of the promo were to you?

No. I emailed them screenshots of the $300 mastercard ad with purchase dates and register dates clearly seen. Shot of my email delivery confirmation which shows purchase dates and delivery dates. Shot of the sprint rebate tracker and shot of the rebateshq tracker.

Definitely curious if yours gets resolved. In same boat. Ordered on 9th , like right after midnight of the 8th and activated on the 10th or 11th when I received sim. Also been called back after submitting to Marci. But same deal, guy called twice and then sent me an email saying he tried to call twice , if my issue is unresolved to call customer care again. Gives up after two tries.

You can call and check Sprint's promo dept and see what notes they have put in your account.

I got 5 lines with Sprint unlimited plus... $100 for 5 lines after all discounts.

My first bill says its $150 for 5 lines and not $100.

I have screenshots of my order page clearly showing $100, but sprint chat wont listen.

Does anyone else's rebate on RebatesHQ say anything other than

"Your rebate has been entered and is scheduled for final processing."???

All of my rebates with different missing components all say the same thing

Do you have another account to compare?

If yes, call customer support and ask for supervisor.

If not, email Marci

Have 5 lines on Uplus and submitted all line rebates together. Order was placed on the 8th and 4 lines were activated on the 9th. Now 1 of the 4 lines that were activated on the 9th shows invalid activation date. Is the wiki correct that I need to resubmit or should I contact rebatesHQ about that line?

My 5th line that was ordered on the 8th and activated on the 10th also has invalid activation date but that is expected seeing everyone elses problems with activating after the 9th waiting for shipments to arrive.

I got a call from someone on Marci's team tonight. She got my info and we went through the two issues (rebates and U+ wrong price) and she will be contacting the appropriate people to get some answers and call me back in a couple days. Said she hadnt heard of anyone else having this problem, then I told her my mom has the exact same two issues. :|

If we took advantage of this offer could we add a line to buy an iPhone SE (second gen) with $100 off from Best Buy?
