Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I ordered a phone on 4/9/20, received and activated it on 4/13/20, status showing "invalid activation date" on rebatesHQ.
As suggested by some people, I emailed [email protected] with documentation around midnight, received an acknowledgment email around 10 am, and someone from her team called around noon. She agreed that the offer is based on the purchase date, thought my submission should be fine, has dealt with one other case, will forward my information to promotions, and call me when she hears back from them.

I spoke to someone named Jackie. She called back around 5 pm today. Although I had not asked her to examine my other three submissions, she said that the promotions department had approved all four of my submissions. I just need to complete the 90 days of active service. I'm impressed with the amazing customer service.

What was your bill issue?
I have 5 lines of U+ w/autopay.
What do you mean by one-time payment? One time per billing cycle or one time per life of the account?
I'd prefer to keep the autopay discount (total = $25/mth) but make (as large an amount as possible) of my monthly payment via cash in person at the Sprint store. Is that doable on a monthly basis and still receive the autopay discount? For ex. if the bill total is $135 can I pay $100-$125 in cash each month and have the small remaining balance completed with autopay?
Or are you referring to making only one monthly payment (say for $125) for the duration of the account as long as it remains in the autopay program?
Please advise. Thanks a bunch!!
PS: glad to hear that Sprint is positively responding to many customers with adjustments to their accounts.
I'm sure you can also pay at sprint store. Why go to a store when you can use your credit card and earn points or cash back?

(Additionally there's no financial benefit derived by any metric in using my cc with Sprint. If anything the opposite).

How Auto pay discount works?
As long as you have Cc on file with sprint and set it to auto pay, you will get the $5 discount per line, even your are not paying with this card. Sprint will charge your cc on file with auto pay ON automatically on due date when there is a balance due on account. If you already pay in advance with cash in store or other CC, and have zero balance on due date, your cc on file with auto pay ON will not be charged by sprint. you still get the discount as long as auto pay is on.
You can pay your monthly sprint bill of $135 3 times separately or a one time payment of $405($135x4) upfront in one store visit to cover 3 months of service(the 90 days active service requirement) and see if you need to stay with sprint for extra month for the rebate fulfillment period. If yes, then pay for the 4th month.
"Phone must be active for 90 days and remain in active and in good standing through the card fulfillment process." It seems to me that we still need to be with sprint when the rebate card is in the fulfillment period.

But keep this in mind, "Phone must be active for 90 days and remain in active and in good standing through the card fulfillment process."
Make payment on time to keep your account and lines active
Edit:
If you did Cb, keep your lines active until your are paid even if you get your card early
