Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

to switch to Sprint, and you will be eligible to get a Walgreens gift card.

I have 5 lines on U+ with credit check and this is the first time that I've had a Sprint account. The email above is not inspiring confidence about actually receiving the $200 Walgreens rebate.
I got that email on April 9th. And nothing thereafter.
My impression is that the email is exactly what it states, a promo code for you to use. You are encouraged to switch to Sprint and save. I could be wrong but based on the wording it seems like one needs the promo code in hand and needs to apply it prior to opening any new UL account(s) ... i.e. you 1st enter the code then begin shopping on Sprints website, purchasing new UL service plan(s), phone(s), and whatever. If your UL plan meets the promo requirements you get the perk; or if your loyalty is such that you're with Sprint for a year, you get the perk.
The whole point of the perk is to encourage you to open up a new UL plan(s) of service with Sprint. If you've already done that, they've got you as a customer already: what incentive would they have for paying out money to you? OTOH, if you remain with their service for 1 year, their incentive to activate the perk still exists because it's a retention incentive.

Status: Denied
Your account is already enrolled in another discount program, therefore, we are unable to process your request. If you would like to enroll in the Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Reward program in lieu of your current discount program, please contact Sprint Customer Care at 855-297-1367.
The only thing I did was add the AAA promo from Sprint Perks. Was this why I was denied? Or are others getting denied regardless of AAA?
