I opened my account on March 29, and got charged $100+tax on March 29, which I assumed was for billing period March 29-April 29. But then got another bill for $100+tax for the period March 30-April 30. Did I get double-charged?

They don't make it clear with their dates but they bill one month in advance -- its postpaid service since they're giving you few weeks to pay it

1st bill = 1st month's service

2nd bill = 2nd month's service + any overages/extra charges from 1st month (if you made any purchases or had anything extra charged to your account during the dates shown)

3rd bill = 3rd month's service + any overages/extra charges from 2nd month

As we are approaching the 2 month mark, has anyone have his/her rebate status changed to approved yet?

Folks, be patient. You will not get a status update until 90 days mark just similar for pending status for sprint perks until you have the 30 days active service requirement met b4 approval.

Probably not? Terms say up to 10 weeks, I believe promotion started mid-march? So maybe another 1-2 weeks.

Have to wait 50 days before you can Unlock.....I'm not there yet. I will Unlock as soon as I hit 50 days.

Have people started unlocking their devices or are we waiting to get the 300$ card first before requesting the unlock?
Bad time today. In past, Chat support used to submit device unlock request after 50 days. Yesterday I chatted one rep and her statement was shocking. I need to cancel the active line to submit unlock request. OMG. What a support person Confused

Today I chatted with another rep and she took 45 minutes to access my account and finally session got timed out. She shared below number and contacted them. Joseph from support team accepted my request and submitted the request for device unlock within 5 minutes. SDers, If you are planning to request for device unlock, instead of spending time on chat, call below number and it will be completed within 5 to 10 mnutes.

Call 1-888-211-4727.
Enter your phone number.
Select option 5.
Select option 5 again.
Select option 1.

Had someone from Marci's team call me back regarding the "Missing Invalid Mobile Number Type" status on RebatesHQ. They said that I would not qualify for the rebate because I didn't port over any number. I had bought the LG phones with the SIM and new number from Sprint thinking that was also part of the $300 promo. Is it required that you have to get a new number to port in from outside of Sprint? Or was buying a new phone outright with Sprint with a new Sprint number also part of the deal? My order confirmation page clearly showed the $300 promo even though I had purchased the LG phone with a new Sprint SIM. Wonder if anyone else is in this boat.

port in is port in, yours is not.

I suggest your port in a number and submit the rebate again. You have nothing to lose.

Little complicated. Since you have Marchi's team through mail communication, You can send mail to them saying I will port in new number ( Get new number from GV or eBay for $4) and ask them to replace Sprint numbers which assigned during purchase and submit the rebate again with new port in number.

Thanks Tuxedo1 and nicedog. I had planned to port in my family plan from Fi, but when I tried the phone IMEIs on Sprint my Pixels were shown as being on Sprint already. But, they were bought brand new from Google Fi. Being as it was the last day, I decided to purchase the LG with new Sprint number for then and port over my real numbers later. But, then read through the message boards where folks suggested not changing the numbers within the promo period, in case it messes up the $300 rebate. Does it make sense to port in now and reapply the rebate, or just cancel my order as I'm right at the 30 day Sprint guarantee window? Does the guarantee include phones or am I stuck with them?

Are you still within your 30 days of activation? Some carriers allow port in within 30 days while some carriers ask you to sign up for new line for the port in... you need to call the sprint porting department number (it is in wiki) and ask if you can still port in a number to replace your current sprint number(must replace current number, no new sign up)....if they say yes, you can still qualify for the promo as long as you ordered by 4/9/20 and submit rebate by deadline which is 5/10/20

1st month bill is $199 for 5 lines , due to phone insurances. I canceled insurance within a week. Now 2nd month bill came @ 65. So I paid $130 for $100 plan. Not happy with Sprint
