Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Has anyone called RebatesHQ about this and got it resolved? Are they saying that they could not verify the port-out service provider, which is T-mobile in my case? What exactly does this mean?

My 2nd bill says they are charging 41.66 on May 21 for March 28-Apr 27.
How is this possible? That's $84 for about 30 days of service.
In other words, your service period from June 28 to July 27 will billed by sprint one month in advance with a billing period of May 28 to June 27.
The bill is correct. Except service period or service cycle is omitted from the sprint bill...
Same rule works for T-Mobile, ATT and Verizon.
