Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I've called customer service and they just tell me to wait until I see denied on the Sprint website and then call in. I think that will force me to wait more months to get the rebates-and my goal is to cancel/port out these lines as soon as possible. I ordered the phones on 04/08, received and activated them on 04/09.
This is the right procedure of doing nothing when rebate is still under pending bc they are not sure if it gets approved or denied later, but we all know that ppl who activated after 4/9 will see denied/invalid on sprint site eventually and need manual approval.
If your first bill has 4/9-4/9 date on the website then you activated on 4/10 according to system -- the first bill date is backdated by one day
I ordered BYOD service on 3/25 and activated it same day -- my first bill shows 3/24-3/24 (day before) which covers my 3/25-4/24 service
After contacting Sprint Customer Care last week, when they told me that they have unlocked the phone. Today I got a System Notification in the phone that the Carrier lock has been removed. OEM Unlocking option has been enabled.
So I think after Sprint Customer Care unlocks these phones, it takes few days to receive this notification.

I've read here to not contact Sprint until the status on Sprint's site says denied. So I am following that advice because I'm very lazy.
I have already received $200 WG gc, as well as $200 CU cash bonus.
BTW, all my lines were activated by the end of March.
Apart from $300 BYOD we can claim either WC or CU only not both.
How did you manage to get both WC and CU?
