Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.

Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Keep in mind that the scripts uninstall most apps that are not required to boot the OS, including the phone, contacts, and launcher. The apps can be reinstall using "cmd package install-existing com.example.packagename".

Without the security code on the back, the card number isn't of much use, unless a merchant site allows you to try the card a few hundred times Big Grin

Hi, could anyone know how to find the pin number for the account from online, I don't remember I set up one during order, could n't find from email. Called customer service to request unlock, the agent asked me for the pin,but I din't have /know. Thanks.

Logon to your online account. Click My Account>Profile & Settings. It's under Security information. You can click Forgot PIN if you don't remember.

Check the email from Sprint that confirmed your order. In it is an Activation Code, which can be used in place of a PIN if you never set it or forgot it. See attachment.

The new battle starts today. i will keep you guys posted.
Called Sprint Promotion Department [844-450-7865] yesterday afternoon (6/2), and a rep said, for some reason, all the promotion shows the same line number, so it went in Invalid Status [though I have screenshots and also when I track using mobile numbers, I get the correct tracking number. ]. Rep said he will fix all the rebates are reprocess the request.

Today I see the following status.
  • Sprint Website
    • Status: Pending
    • Your registration is valid and is scheduled for final processing. Your card will be delivered within the next 10 business days.
  • RebatesHQ Website
