Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

OK, looking back, I called about the rebates Thursday evening at around 7:00PM ET. I think I mentioned the speedbump message. At the conclusion of the call, I thought all was well.
About 24 hrs later, I posted this:
At Sprint site, all five lines say pending.
My assumption was updates to whatever database that feeds the rebateshq website would take place overnight. Now, to me, it appears they happen sometime after lunch.
All I know is I am quite happy right now, and hope the best for everyone that participated in this offer. If my last two referrals and BF all come through, this offer will have generated a very decent amount of pocket money for me.

If you see Ineligible sales location on rebateshq, probably you can call sprint rebate team to correct the errors, it seems like the ineligible sale location is the final status update for invalid rebates...
You will have to call sprint rebate team finally if you have the following errors.
Initially updated few days after your rebate submission: invalid line items such as invalid activation date, invalid mobile number
Then updated on 5/15: speedbump along with invalid messages, eg out of activation period and ineligible port in
Finally (likely to update within the first week of your 3rd service cycle): ineligible sales location
