Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Once all of my GCs have come in and loaded to my Bluebird card, I plan to use the balance to pay bills like insurance, medical, etc that normally would earn only 1-1.5% with my credit cards. Next would be a few splurge items on Ebay. The rest I'd use to overpay my Estimated Income Tax (there's a fixed charge of around $2 when paying with a Debit card) and get the excess refunded next year.
I have $100 in jeopardy due to "unsuccessful" flag set on May-28 with a likely click error - my wife didn't wait for the SIM to be in the phone before clicking her e-mail link.
The two $300 cards have the "speed bump" message so I'm checking this thread to see if that MUST be resolved - my lines are over 60 days but less than 90 - two no credit check kickstarters.
