Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

This is the what I went through with my 3rd account activated on 4/11. Still shows speedbump and denied on HQ and pending on Sprint Hub. I called a week later for the smae 3rd account but was told to actually wait 90 days and on my 91st day to call back if no changes on Sprint hub. Your case you have already fulfilled all requirements. Recently I had to email [email protected] because one of my referral never showed up. It was then that i found out that Sprint Promo Dept only approves MasterCard GCs and vendor Prepaid Reward Cards at 855-512-5929 is who actually sends the physical and virtual cards.

Yeah thanks for your earlier help.. One ques.. Can we ask them to convert referral cards to virtual cards even before they ship or only after shipping as considering lost...?

And is there any update on your virtual card conversion..i think they told to wait for 4business days

I received referral approval emails today June 16 for the referral submitted between May 13-15, I checked that they are entered on rebateshq.com today too... now they catch up the game and validate referrals on time

They asked for me to wait for additional days but since I was supposed to received it 06/09 based on their system, I opted to cancel the physical card and asked if I can get a virtual card instead and they said yeah but they needed to confirm that no funds had been used on the GC in question. After rep cleared all info he said that a link with instructions to claim virtual card wld be sent to email used on Sprint account. Haven't received anything yet, spam folder empty as well.

You can call and ask but I don't see why wouldn't they since they are the ones who distribute the GCs. Only issue would be that if Sprint Promo Dept have not approve anything most likely they won't make changes. Can hurt to ask tho

My wife's 8 referrals were approved on 5/28 and received emails the same day. Yet she hasn't received any of those cards and they're not shown on RHQ. I contacted Sprint last Tuesday using the form on the referral site. They responded that they would investigate it. I contacted them again by email last Friday and they're still investigating it. Is there a phone number for the dept that handles referral rewards?

RE: referrals. Never saw an email on any of mine. Before cards were received, the seven referrals listed under my link all disappeared too. Luckily, I did receive 5 of 7 referrals, as well as my own referral. I believe I am SOL on the two remaining; you would think they would surface by now. No biggie, thankfully.

Salviman confirmed the 844 number handles all MC-related (rebates, referrals, and switcher) and posted an email contact too...

I receive email regarding registering the promo on the 90th day. Check status and it shows invalid because of sales location. Previously it's just final processing with missing delinquent and speed bump. Called Sprint # posted at the promotionhub's contact us. Got connected to Sprint rep who help me escalate the case. The next day I received email--

Thank you for contacting Sprint. I am happy to assist you with your
Switch to Sprint, Bring your own Phone and get a $300 Prepaid MasterCard
promotion.

We have submitted an escalation for the line xxx-xxx-xxxx to receive a
$300 Prepaid MasterCard for porting a line to your Sprint account and
please allow us 13 business days for the processing and shipping of your
MasterCard. It will be shipped to the billing address attached to your
file.

In my case I contacted Sprint directly and not RHQ. Hope this helps.

On Sat, I called the 844-382-3312 posted on that site and got a regular rep who had to connect me to another rep in the dept that handles rewards. People here suggested that I should just call the number 844-450-7865 posted on RHQ which is actual a Sprint dept that handles rewards.

Try sending an email to the one I posted, maybe you have better luck then calling. Send all wife info along with screenshots on what you see on sprint referral site which shows all successful referrals and best number to reach you at. I got a fast 1 hr reply. Below is the template I used along with full description of your issue(s).

I believe what shows on the rebateshq is supposed to be seen by the 3312 rep, that the typical route should be customers call 3312, 3312 see the invalid message and calls 7865 (backdoor number) on behalf of customers or connect customers to the 7865....that's probably why sprint doesn't give out the 7865 directly to customers.

I agree with this. The follow-up email gave the 7865 number to call. I was assigned a case number. I believe if you contact 7865 first they will just ok everything but do nothing because it needs to be approved from Sprint first. RHQ works for Sprint. We're not RHQ's customer. We're just their paperwork..
