Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I did get emails yesterday saying sprint received my registration for the promo. Like 92 days late. No wonder I was denied. Screw ups.
No, you didn't screw up. It's just their weird way of telling you there was an update to the status of your claim. I got such an email on 6/13 for a line that was activated on 3/13 and submitted on 3/15. The 6/13 email has the exact content as the one I received on 3/15 after submitting the rebate.

OK, instead of going through this thread, let's keep track of the rebate status via a spreadsheet so we can get a basic idea about what's really going on.

I added a column called Poster ID, so people can contact/ask that person if they need more info.

The way I read that promo, you have to keep ALL of your current lines as is, and you can add ONE new line free (paying taxes & fees).

I'm not interested in the new deal because: 1) I don't want to give Sprint any more of my money. 2) I don't need another phone line.

no one is interested in updating this spreadsheet? Any privacy concerns? I can't think of any though...

Who is eligible for the Unlimited Line On Us promotion?
Existing Sprint customers who:
Joined Sprint prior to 6/17/2020.
Have an eligible plan.
Have at least one active voice line.
Are eligible to add a line of service on their account

It requires you to keep all lines active to keep the free 1 line after the free 1 line is added

——
I do not know if existing customers are still eligible for free line 3,4,5 if they cancel these lines.

If yes, cancel line 2-5, one line still active on account, and add the free line, then add line 3-5 or add line 2-5 together in one shot.

If not, then activate a new line under new account, then add the free lines to account?

Dealing with sprint is a big headache sooo

I got that bs location rejection. Called yesterday to get it sorted out. The rep said I would receive the cards by June 30th. Checked rebate status today and still shows rejected. Should I call again or wait?

Sorry, I missed to respond few messages. Yes. Sprint is trying to deny all the lines under the account which has referral line as primary. It requires several call to Sprint to fix this issue but it is doable.

Marci's team confirmed that my two lines are approved for $300 on their systems last week but still no changes on RHQ and Sprinthub. I will send one more mail during 1st week of July after 3rd payment.

My suggestion - Instead of directly calling to CS or Promo dept, it is better to send mail to Marci - [email protected] and her team is still active and they use to respond immediately.
Do you find that the rep that returns your call from the "Marci" has no clue at all about the issue and makes you repeat all the details that you've already included in the email along with screenshots, etc?

Each time that I've sent an email, the rep that returns my call is from regular customer service and has absolutely no clue what they are doing. After multiple times being put on hold he/she gives some excuse to get me off the phone.

Anyone that already received a Virtual Card, can you please share screenshot of how the email looks like if possible. Subject line or email where it comes from is fine too. I have yet to receive mine and going through alot of junk mail LOL. TIA
