Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

You only need to register for one account. All SIMs that you activate will be in that one account with same PIN to port out. You will be asked to provide port-in info for each SIM that you activate.
RetailMeNot shows that promo good till Feb, 2022.
You are not actually subscribing to the $15 plan right? Just porting to the sim?

For accounts that had "Speedbump" and "Missing is Delinquent".......What are the reasons for rebates being denied?
1. The account opened was referred?
If so, wouldn't it just affect the 1st line and not all 5?
2. Are they also denying accounts that referred other accounts?
3. Any other reasons so far?

I got the Denied Invalid Sales location not eligible status too. I chatted with CSR. It took over an hour before CSR said she'll have to submit a form because it seems to be a system error.

Makes me wonder if it's part of their training to make customers wait a long time so that we'll just walk away and forget.

OTOH, slow chat agents is better than being on the phone for an hour. I got to do other stuff while slow agent was being extra slow.

It's not a recurring subscription, you're just prepaying for 30 days of service and the number of talk minutes, texts, data included with the $15 plan.

As long as it doesn't say denied/rejected on Sprints tracker, I think you are good shape.

I think the status on rebareshq is for sprint internal processing.

When status says invalid, wait at least 72 hours before calling.

It's a 30-day plan with 500min/500texts/500MB. You can port out from Tracfone, or just leave your number there and it will die within certain period after the initial 30 days. No auto pay/credit card info is required during the activation process.

One rep kept putting me on hold for 15-20min without saying a word or telling me that she was putting me on hold. Maybe she was eating or watching Youtube, I don't know. I ending up hanging up on her after the 2nd period of silence.

So, rebateshq status will change on 91st day to "denied" for everyone and sprint promotions hub will change from "pending" to "invalid" for everyone too?
Then after 72 hrs (so sprint reps see it too, I assume) we have to call and fight for the rebates........is that correct?
So, nobody is getting the rebate without a fight.

See attachment for what the $15 plan includes. I bought two of these deals (SIM Kit + $15 Plan) using the $15 off code in March this year. Back then, the $15 plan came as a separate time card which you could apply to any phone on Tracfone. Now the days and units are preloaded to the SIM.
If possible, select an AT&T SIM instead of Verizon. To activate a TF/Verizon BYOD SIM, you have to provide the IMEI of a phone that's on Verizon's "whitelist" (not stolen, not for non-US market, not still on Verizon contract, etc). You can't use the same IMEI for more than one SIM, so you would need multiple phones (or IMEIs) for multiple SIMs. With AT&T SIM, no IMEI is required, so you can activate a bunch of SIMs for use with one single phone.
Make a separate order for each deal (SIM + $15 plan). Once the order was accepted, clear the browser's cache or use another browser for the next order.

If you create an (optional) account, you can put all the SIMs into that account and pick a PIN for the account which applies to all SIMs/phones in the account. Makes it easier to port out from Tracfone later if you want.
I'm a long-time TF user and help people in the Tracfone section of Howard Forums. I'll be happy to answer questions.
Thank you so much. Did you use the same name, email, phy address, payment for the two orders? The key is let current order get accepted and then place the next order? How long does it usually take? Thx

RetailMeNot shows that promo good till Feb, 2022.
Thank you so much. Repped. You create the account first and then activate the SIM cards under that account? Or it doesn't matter? Thx

It's easier setup account first then activate all your SIMs.
