Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I remember seeing we can buy visa GC from CVS or Staples and get 5% back, but can't locate which post it is. Is there supposed to have fees for visa GCs?

The $200 cards at Staples have a fee of $6.95.

They had a fee-free sale on them, but that was several weeks ago.

Forum member swammer is a regular customer at his CVS store and they let him buy VISA GCs with a debit card. I went to my local CVS store yesterday and the clerk said I have to pay for them with cash. I walked.

When you purchased your MO at Walmart, did you have to tell the cashier to do $50 payments each time or did you just keep swiping cards until the balance got down to $0?

I've bought MO only at my Dillons stores (two different stores). I told the clerk the amount of the MO, the clerk then added 88 cents to the total. I then swiped one card at a time and entered its PIN, until the balance due is down to zero. Some people mentioned a limit of 4 cards per transaction, but that didn't apply at my stores. With the $700 MO that I bought yesterday, I used one $300 Sprint GC and 8 $50 Sprint GCs.

wow, wish I had resubmitted. I called about 10 of my lines that were activated after the end of the rebate, took a few calls over many days before the error messages were removed from rebateshq. They never said I needed to resubmit anything.
I chose to submit twice after waiting for 5 days and still having my account saying invalid. I thought I got nothing to lose.

I believe resubmission was posted here as a suggestion for anyone with invalid error on rebateshq. It was never recommended by sprint CS.
ah, guess I missed that post. I saw other posts about calling and complaining until they fixed the error message on rebateshq so thats what I did.

U mean you were getting rebate was denied message?
As you said you activated after end of rebate..

So did they fixed it after you called one time or how many times did you have to follow up again and again?
yes my two accounts that activated after the end of the rebate dates were both denied and I called in a few times until I got someone who would fix it.

h2owireless port-in info.

Here is what the form will look like initially.

Once you fill the H2O SIM card info, it will give you plan and other information.

Leave the H2O airtime pin blank which is optional. Select Pay As You go $10 LTE plan. Submit the request. If no error, port will usually complete within 30 minutes or less. You will get the email confirmation from H2O about this port-in request. You check your Sprint acct after 30 minutes and the line should be gone with the wind.
quick question, is this h2o sim card reusable? I mean after 30 days

It just cancels the phone line and not the account. I have had the same acct for more than 2 years now. I have ported out 5 to 6 lines from free BYOD plan over the last 2 years.
So do you lose the number after 30 days?
