Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I wonder if you have any experience about closing the xfinity mobile account? My xfinity mobile account is deactivated after I ported out all lines, but if I logged into xfinity mobile, my xfinity mobile account is still there, that is it, I still have online access to my inactive xfinity mobile...is it normal? That xfinity will keep it for certain time?

yep, i think it will stay there until you cancel your whole comcast account. i just looked at my billing and it brought me way back to Aug, 2017 and i am an on and off XM customer. i think the 2017 bill was the days they had the $1 LG X Charge.

Did you get a new xfinity mobile account number every time you come back to Xfinity Mobile or your xfinity mobile account number remains the same? How did you add a line to your xfinity mobile account when it was inactive? Did you need to call to reactivate the account/ open a new account?

I can't add a line to my account since it is inactive

Account number has been the same ever since. The account even though inactive, is "live", just waiting for me to abuse it. I see all the options like doing a byod or getting a new phone. Maybe because I've been with Comcast for more than 10 years, I dunno.

Has anyone manage to cash out a $300 Virtual Reward........any method at all like through Walmart, BlueBird, venmo etc?

Is it easier to cash out a physical card instead?

Deciding if I should accept the virtual card or pay the $2.95 fee for a physical card

Wondering also...

The wallet app lets you add the cards to Apple Pay.

Has anyone tried to send Apple Cash to friends with this option?

Don't know why, on the "Activity" page, it tells me the following "Sorry about this

We're having trouble retrieving your data. Refresh the page or check back in a few minutes to try again" since I ported out all lines.

It gives me the option the "add a line" but I can't add any devices to cart, once I clicked on "select device" for buying a phone or "continue" to get BYOD sim, it gives me the error message "Something went wrong.
Trying this page again may help fix the problem" than giving me the "add to cart" option

More Useful Information About the Prepaid Card
How does the 5% back feature work?
When you use your card at any of the select participating merchants in the U.S., you receive 5% of the transaction amount back on your card within 7 to 10 days. However, the 5% back only applies to signature-based purchases (or portions of purchases) made with the actual card. PIN-based purchases, purchases made at participating merchant locations outside of the U.S., and purchases of gift cards made with this card, may not be eligible for 5% bonus calculations. Bonus funds become part of the card balance and are treated as such for purposes of card and/or fund expiration. Qualifying purchase, participating merchant settlement, and bonus transaction must occur prior to card valid thru date. Only the amount of a transaction applied to the card at participating merchants is eligible for the bonus. If a transaction involves the card plus a supplemental payment method, the portion of the transaction applied to the supplemental payment method is not eligible. For example, if you apply your $25 value card toward an overall $50 purchase, you receive 5% back on $25, not $50.
