Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I have the exact same problem with the same dates as you. I signed up my mom for an account the very next day and that one is still showing $625. Maybe there is an issue with 7/7 payout dates that will be fixed?
Sorry, when is your mom's account payable?

I would also create a ticket with BF. Maybe it'll alert them to a flaw in the system. Or the more people that have issues will cause them to push on Sprint harder

Is the pin to "port out" the same as the 10 digit pin that we use when we call Sprint?

Are you new to Xfinity? How many years are you with Xfinity for your first main service eg TV, Internet....I have been with them for many years and I didn't get hard pull from them for BYOD even I got 5 lines, not sure about the phone financing.
We have been with Xfinity for over 10 years, but over the past four years, due to the increase of internet cable charge after 1 year, I have to switch account with a family member in order to be treated as a new customer to enjoy lower rate. There 's no competition in my area among providers, so no other choice. As I remember, when I went for a deal with Xfinity a few years ago, when they offer LG phones for $1, I applied 5 account without credit check, but this time , they only allowed 2 account , while the 3rd account started to request credit check. I wouldn't go with X, if I knew that. Good for you as they didn't request credit check for you, maybe they pulled your credit check when you have your internet/TV service before.

sprint cannot convert to physical until rebate is approved. If you originally signed up for virtual, the reward is sent right away on approval. Once reward is sent, only way to convert is to call cardholder services, pay 2.95 and get physical in 14 days.
So, dont think there is a way to convert to physical without paying a fee if you originally signed up for virtual.
You can if you contact the promo dept since the virtual card has not been issued and your rebate is still processing. They just switch your preference from virtual to physical.....so when it processes the physical card will be sent out.

Got it. So you signed up in Party 1's name in year 1 and then switched to Party 2's in Year 2, and switched back to party 1 in YR3, party 2 in yr4 and so on....so always treated as new customer to get the first year promo rate...I believe ppl ask rep over the xfinity subreddit to see if they can keep the promo rate for another year and ask this every year did you try to call retention/loyalty department so you don't have to play the 2 players mode?

FWIW, here's the email I sent just now to the reply address (a long random username @mail2.intelispend.com) on the email I received after clicking the link on the "Your Sprint Virtual Reward" email to obtain the card info:

Quote :
Hello,

After following the instructions for obtaining my virtual MasterCard information I tried to create a profile for it at the "myprepaidcenter.com" website, as directed in this email:

To view the balance of your virtual account at any time, log into https://www.myprepaidcenter.com/

But I am unable to create a profile.

I have heard from friends that they are experiencing the same problem. It appears that the "virtual" cards cannot be registered at "myprepaidcenter.com".

This is both a usability issue (can't view balance on the card) and a serious security issue (no transaction log is available).

Please correct this or send me a card that is both usable and secure.

Thank you.
... my name goes here ...
This is the second email I sent about that; the first for the first virtual card, and now this one for the second virtual card. In both cases the only reply I received so far was:

Yeah seems you are right.. All people who ordered in April did not get it...
Perhaps becoz tmobile merger completed on 1st april and tmobile no longer fulfilling agreement with bf.

Any body here who got paid by BF or TCB for order on or after 1st april??

Yes debit. They charged me $4.99 which is how they've always charged me every time I send money.

I sent a message under the "other" category. Wasnt sure which one to pick, but I do have a ticket number now. Unfortunately I'm not sticking around with Sprint for months while BF decides if they want to continue to screw us over.

Yes. that's what we have been doing. We did try to call retention first and ask to keep the current rate, but most of the time it was a no go, so this becomes the only option. It's really annoying, as sometimes you risk losing internet connection for a few days. You end up saving $150 a year this way. I remember a long time ago, when we live in NYC, we can threaten to cancel, as there were three competitions, the worse we switch companies.

Sorry if asking it again:
1) I received the $300 physical card last week and now I am going to porting out today. Could someone please advise if I need to flush out balance on this sprint physical card before porting out?
