Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I've used the $50 referral cards to load BlueBird successful with $49.99 for each card at the Walmart Money Center counter.

I don't have the $300 physical cards in hand yet.

When I used the $50 cards, I swiped my BB, then the WM rep entered in the $49.99 price, then I clicked a 'confirm' button for $49.99, then I swiped the MC and it went to 'approved', the WM rep handed me my receipt. I did not enter a PIN, but the receipt does say DEBIT.
That's a very Vanilla/Bankcorp thing to do, it shouldn't be necessary with properly behaving Blackhawk Metas...

When loading BB at Walmart, you can use these MC GCs in their default mode (credit). Hence, it is not asking for PIN.
I do distinctly recall low denomination Metas don't ask for PIN when the amount is low. Is it $50, or *under* $50?

Thanks a lot. I wish I'd known this earlier. Last week I paid my citi card balance with sprint virtual card draining all $300. Good thing it went through. I will pay attention to leave at least a penny for my physical MCGCs.
Citi is still taking (prepaid) Debit as payment over the phone? I thought only legit bank, proper reloadable (PayPal debit, etc) worked at Citi for credit card bill pay

This is exactly how I converted my virtual card to physical for free. It was when "speedbump" used to turn into "Invalid" and that status used to stay there for at least a couple of days. Now, with Sprint fixing its system and skipping "Invalid" status, it looks like that window to call is extremely tight, if at all exists.

As a DP:

After receiving second (and last) MCGC, ported out one $35 Kickstart line and then ported it back throug BB for $25 Kickstart. Then ported out second Kickstart. Lost that "Free Line On Us" banner/offer in the process and was not able to sign up for that free line. Fine with that.
Which number did you call to convert the cards? Where did you port out? Isn't BB need a credit check?

I never received my referral bonus $50 back from when I opened my accounts on April 6th. I got the initial email .... but nothing afterwards. Crickets. Anyone else have this occur and if so, how did you resolve it?

Cashback site shows payment on July 5th.
Hopefully I'll get my (x5) $300 Sprint GCs soon. I haven;t been religiously reading this thread the the past several dozen pages. What's the best way top. heck and verify the issuance of the Sprint GCs?

On an added issue, I had complaints of some charges and getting the runaround for making payment and after a conversation the phone CSR asked me if a $40 credit would work. I agreed. It was settled ... then I had to run to catch my subway. This was back in April ... never got the credit. Soon I'm going to call and complain ... any suggestions in how to revive that commitment and get them to honor it (I was rushed so couldn't get a confirmation number).

I've always had issues with Sprint. Fingers crossed on them honoring everything.

FWIW, when I used my physical Sprint GCs to buy money orders at Dillons, I drained the full amount from each card without any problem.

This is how I plan on liquidating my GCs when I receive them. I did a chat with Citi The other day, and the rep told me that as long as I could provide 16 digit card number, and expiration date, and a security code, that I could use them.

Just got my $625 CB from BF payable today. Payable date was listed as 7/3. Quickly requested prepaid Visa to get 6% bonus to make it$670. Guess I'll try MO from WM to liquidate. Never done that before.

This happened at Walmart. Can it happen on any other POS system? I rather not find out. I paid 99.99 to Sprint with $100 eGiftCard.

My post from June 11 clearly stated that the threshold of 50 applies to Visa GC. For MCGC, there is no threshold.

BF deactivated a referred relative account with $625 bonus payable in a few days due to "term violations." Email was sent asking which terms were violated. Is a relative in a different State than i am, so multiple accounts should not be the issue, since they are different addresses and different person. Just waiting for a response

I bought 3 of those free sim card with the $15 plan. Don't know what to do with it yet.
They are good to park the numbers for 30 days.

They are also a good option to get completely new numbers from TF and then use them for port-in deals.

(844) 450-7865, a number that RHQ gave us to call to fix a "speedbump" error.

Ported out to Tracfone.

BB requires credit check. My $300 BYOD account was a credit check already. I did all the ports sequentially, kept at least one number active on the account in order not to lose my account. So it's the same account now, just different plan.
