Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

I don't have the $300 physical cards in hand yet.
When I used the $50 cards, I swiped my BB, then the WM rep entered in the $49.99 price, then I clicked a 'confirm' button for $49.99, then I swiped the MC and it went to 'approved', the WM rep handed me my receipt. I did not enter a PIN, but the receipt does say DEBIT.
When loading BB at Walmart, you can use these MC GCs in their default mode (credit). Hence, it is not asking for PIN.
As a DP:
After receiving second (and last) MCGC, ported out one $35 Kickstart line and then ported it back throug BB for $25 Kickstart. Then ported out second Kickstart. Lost that "Free Line On Us" banner/offer in the process and was not able to sign up for that free line. Fine with that.
Cashback site shows payment on July 5th.
Hopefully I'll get my (x5) $300 Sprint GCs soon. I haven;t been religiously reading this thread the the past several dozen pages. What's the best way top. heck and verify the issuance of the Sprint GCs?
On an added issue, I had complaints of some charges and getting the runaround for making payment and after a conversation the phone CSR asked me if a $40 credit would work. I agreed. It was settled ... then I had to run to catch my subway. This was back in April ... never got the credit. Soon I'm going to call and complain ... any suggestions in how to revive that commitment and get them to honor it (I was rushed so couldn't get a confirmation number).
I've always had issues with Sprint. Fingers crossed on them honoring everything.
I do distinctly recall low denomination Metas don't ask for PIN when the amount is low. Is it $50, or *under* $50?
Citi is still taking (prepaid) Debit as payment over the phone? I thought only legit bank, proper reloadable (PayPal debit, etc) worked at Citi for credit card bill pay

They are also a good option to get completely new numbers from TF and then use them for port-in deals.

Ported out to Tracfone.
BB requires credit check. My $300 BYOD account was a credit check already. I did all the ports sequentially, kept at least one number active on the account in order not to lose my account. So it's the same account now, just different plan.
