Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.

You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.

Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Good point. I ported out all my 5 lines. Now I want to add a line to the account but giving me flow error of saying 'account closed'. How can I add a line anyway? headache...

This is really cheating by bf.. If bf got money from sprint then why do they have problem with that... They will keep money from the sprint account of ur relative ... If they are really genuine then they should return money to sprint if they r not paying your relative..

how long does bf take for "investigation" my $625 CB got changed to $0.05 and BF says they are crediting $625 to my account while investigating. The charge is "pending" with no payable date posted.

Mine has been "pending investigation" for over a month, since 6/2, response from support said it could take up to 90 days smh

Tomorrow is 90 days since I submitted rebate, I just checked the status is still pending on both site. As tomorrow is weekend, does anyone know if the status will change during non business days? I am too impatient to wait. LOL

Call sprint regular customer service number and ask to talk to retention department to reactivate your account so you can add a line

Yours is different case i think.. U never had it tracked or verified .. Correct?

Ours cases are it was already verified and tracked but suddenly it got removed.

BF shows 5% extra for me for a total of 656.76, where do you see 6%? And where do we request a physical card for $3 fee?

An email has already been sent stating that identification documents can be provided to validate the account along with sprint order and shipping confirmation. Also sprint bills are available on her name and address. We'll see what happens. Right now even if we manage to re-instate her account we have to deal with the issue of the cash-back potentially being $0.05 cents too

I port out a line from sprint to verizon, the line still shows in sprint any ideas?? I was able to.make a call in verizon line number

No, mine tracked and was showing correctly as $160 (2@$80 for BYOD). Status originally was "Verified. Est payable: 07-Jul-2020" Then it was reversed like 7 weeks later however the row with the reversal was given the same date as initial transaction. I have a June 2nd date when submitting ticket that is in status "Pending Investigation" See screenshot
