Sprint WILL RELOCK your unlocked device as they did to mine. Not a single incident as friends and family of mine got their RELOCKED to the sprint network. We all had unlocked devices when signed up. Now all our phones are locked to Sprint. Thats illegal.
You have to stay for 90 days to keep the $300 and their unlock policy is 60 days, so while I agree they should not be re-locking phones, you can get it re-unlocked after 60 days and before your 90 day requirement is fulfilled.
Thanks! Ordered the BYOD Amazon SIM on Monday and was sitting on whether to switch my Iphone over. I felt a little dirty about going back to Sprint. I left them 4 years ago (after 18 years as a customer) and said I'd never go back.

Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.

I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

Ask them what is the amount being given by sprint and promise of more amount?
Atleast they should give us whatever amount is normal amount paid by sprint to them and then continue investigation for remaining promised amount..
they said there is no other information available........

So I had a straightforward port-in without any hoops on referral, cash back etc for 5 lines. Still got approved only for 3 and waiting on approval of remaining 2 lines!! Called the 800 number on Rebates HQ and was told to wait till July 21st even though 90 days is over July3rd. This is because my billing date is July 20th and they want to charge me for one more month out of fear that I will port out after I receive the 5 $300 virtual cards. How does Sprint plan to coerce customers into keeping all lines even if in the short term they can charge me $128 extra!! What a twisted management philosophy... oh well!!
They r wrong.. They shud be processed in few days.. What is the current status for those 2 lines?
Wait for 1-2 days otherwise call them again and talk to different rep..

Here is the simple process to port out of Sprint,

1. Buy H2O Starter Sim Kit from BestBuy for $1 per sim. You can order up to 5 sims in one order.

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/h2o-...Id=6421026

2. Visit H2O website and initiate transfer - https://www.h2owirelessnow.com/transfer
Enter all details and in plan select $10 plan, you don't need to pay just select it.

3. Enter h2o sim in mobile phone and most likely it will be activated within 5-10 mins, and it will show h20 signal and you will get sms from h2o that this is your number which will be same as your sprint number.

4. In case it is not done or you receive error on h2o website, call customer care at 1-800-643-4926 and select option 2 and then 4 which will take you to CC for porting, provide all details and they will activate within minutes.

For all other offers (visible, att, etc) just do your cost benefit analysis as they may not benefit more then $50-$100 over 2-3 months.

Edit - if in case h2o cc ask to recharge, tell them you will do it later. This way you can let your numbers to die without any extra cost. Also you cannot make or receive calls unless recharged. You can receive messages from h2o though. At this time when you can check sprint website, you will see your numbers disappeared from your account which means, numbers are successfully ported out of sprint.

Anyone who opted for a BF virtual visa for the extra 5% added bonus, how are you planning on cashing it out? Money order? I tried adding to apple pay, but no go.

Good approach!

Alternatively, Target also has these SIM cards for a dollar each and you get free shipping with Red Card. Saving a trip to Best buy Wink

So my 90 days was up yesterday, and both my submissions have the Speedbumb message. Should I call in, or wait a few days to see if it clears on its own?

Wow.. Then yours is perfect example to show that bf told lie to others when they said sprint did not pay them for april orders..

To all people who got changed cb to .05 from bf, were you referred on bf by another person getting similar cb?

Just trying to find if bf filtered people having any link to other bf acct or sprint acct and by mistake flagged all of us as duplicate...
I know people think my situation is different. But mine was approved and then reversed so in the same boat. I did use a referral . Is there anything we can do to get this fixed???

last day of promo was 4/9. how did you get 4/10 and payable now?

I was the one to raised the issue if CB being rolled back to $0.05 by BF a few days back. I submitted an inquiry that day but i haven't heard back from them. All i see is the amount is currently "pending investigation".
Quote from akhere :
What is the order time on 4/9?

U need to always tell order date and time as bf knows abt ur order not about ur rebate

So now we have to two people claiming bf paid cb for multiple orders in april.. Any body else got bf cb payable for a sprint order in April?
Acc #3 with Sprint. Order 04/08 activated 04/11. Estimate payable tomorrow 07/07. Hopefully everything goes smoothly

I will definitely enable $15/mo option going forward.

But the question is what to do about the last month's $8550 bill.
How to get it sorted out?
Is there any place where I can complain about this? I have chat id number and the reference number to give as proof.
Social media?
What will happen if I don't pay this huge amount?

Thanks.
You can try to call regular customer care and ask to speak to billing department and ask to speak to a billing department supervisor, explaining your situation to the supervisor if she/he can adjust your bill.... refer back to your chat history and insist you can't pay the bill, and if the rep told your the correct info you would avoid the international calling minutes charges and simply opt in the $15 International Connect,
Ask them to adjust your bill accordingly. Otherwise a you will file a FCC complain FCC=Federal Communications Commission

Must speak to a supervisor or someone who has the authority to adjust bill for >$8000

I had two Sprint accounts, each had one line ordered through TCB and got $80 each. There are people who reported getting $400 for 5 lines.
