Glad I did. $300 is better than $100 and I can still port out in a few months. No contracts on the Kickstarter plan. They automatically waived the activation fee by doing it online as well, but after looking at my confirmation email it says there will be a one-time credit of $30 within 3 invoices however that plays out. My first bill will be charged 30 days from today.
I was concerned with the Amazon reviews saying they were sent 4 of the same SIMs, but it worked flawlessly. Over chat the rep told me which one to use. I also asked if I could double down on both the $300 and $100 Amazon SIM promotion, but was a no go. Worth a shot anyway.

They did give us 5 cents each, so there's that I guess.
Now is the time to act!
With my fourth of five Sprint $300 rebate cards, I didn't want to pay the $6.95 x 2 fee to buy VGCs at Staples. So I bought 3 x $100 Amazon cards instead. A few days later, I received my $15 bonus on the Sprint card. I used that value to add to my Amazon gc balance.
What I ~should~ have done:
Buy 2 x $200 VGC at Staples; pay $6.95 x 2 fee.
Use the two cards to buy a $399.12 MO at WM.
Deposit MO into checking
Use Amazon Prime Visa to buy $300 of stuff at Amazon - and get 5% back on that
Receive $15 bonus on Sprint card since I used it at Staples.
Use $300 from checking to pay off Amazon Prime Visa.
Net: + $15.22
And if you can do this by Saturday, you avoid the $6.95 x 2 fees. So add that to $15.22 to earn $29.12 by following the above steps. An additional 9.71%!

2 months ago Marci's rep said that status would not be corrected on rebate web site, but was reassured that all rebates would go through.

I went to Rite Aid and another grocery store. They wanted cash or debit card (with PIN).
