I have the set of the stainless steel measuring cups. They are the best measuring cups I've ever used, and yes, the magnets work great to keep them all nested together in my drawer. No clue what the person above is referring to.
If you read the top 4 reviews on Amazon they complain of weak magnets. That's the issue that I have with mine. They do nest, albeit not the best, but the magnets are not strong enough to hold them together in a drawer and actually collapse under their own weight. It's the result of a poor design. If the plastic in the handle was not so thick, they might fit together better and stay together.

On the other hand of you are looking for stack ability, I would avoid the spoons and cups. They do not nest very well and do not stay together in the drawer.
It's a good deal however I'm still waiting again for another $20 off 48 oxo promo. I would hold off for that if you're looking to buy a more expensive oxo product

oh really? Isn't that what they were specifically designed to do with magnets and stuff

I have this exact set of spoons and cups and they nest perfectly...

I know this is not a pretty solution, but you could try shaving down the plastic handle for better contacts for magnets. You may also try re-magnetizing them (you can find how-to articles online). Lastly, there are some tips for how to store magnets to reduce loss of magnetic strength over time.
I don't think there is free store pick up at all at Macy's anymore. I heard Macy's stores would be shutting down due to the Coronavirus. So pick up may not be available or available way later down the line.

Not sure I would judge a product based off of 4 amazon reviews that seem negative. I also have the same set of spoons and have never had a problem with the magnets. I was actually surprised how strong the magnets were when I first got my set and they've been going strong ever since.

Same. The magnets on my spoons are very strong. I'm debating getting another set (I cook and bake alot) as well as the cups now.

Love that you can read from side or top. Excellent measuring cups, I already have them, but a great asset in the kitchen.
