Id rather have this deal with larger display etc. If it weren't for the hassle of the rebate

Can make do without the extra HD, and would be great if the screen was touch screen (I know, not a priority for gamers). Aside from the GPU, I like the Alienware m15 build more - and it gets better reviews. I think it's ~+$150 now per the other deal I posted.

Also, don't forget Dell is doing extra cash back on all the rebates sites right now (not sure for how long).

Dell can do better on this laptop. Would go for it at $799. Otherwise No Deal For Me.

After buying the 1st gen Alienware 15r1 with 980M several years ago I will not buy another Dell laptop. Damn thing is sitting in my closet with a blown motherboard, they shipped with an underpowered charger, and the MFing hard drive failed within 6 months and had to have a tech support come to my home for warranty replacement. I never overclocked or any of that. $1500 back then for junk now. Almost $800 to replace the motherboard, oh yeah the power supply port went out to. I hope Dell straightened themselves out since then.
