Commonly asked questions: (Please add/modify)

Can this be used for renewal?

No, this is for new accounts only (porting from other carriers allowed).

If you are willing to do the work, you can use Google Voice to keep a single permanent number and buy new service every 3 months. Please refer to previous Mint threads for full details.

No. New number only.
Simple! This offer is $30 for 3 month whereas your suggestion is $25/month for a total of $75 for 3 month. Maybe not everybody lives on their phone.

As i type, I'm trying to activate the previous "free 3 month" promotion with no success. Keeps telling me "in just a minute" 10 minutes ago.

I would try tomorrow morning. I'm on mint and the app says unavailable. It looks like they're doing maintenance right now.

It's definitely trying to charge me $5.49 shipping. No free option.

This uses T-Mobile network so would it only work for T-Mobile phones or any unlocked phone?

Obviously signal will be better if your phone supports all of T-mobile bands, but curious what phones can you bring to mint.

Why don't you just go with HelloMobile?
Unlimited everything. $25, and discount for each additional line.
Includes tax & fees? Which network does it use?

Same. T-mobile. Looking at this, I will probably switch from Mint to HelloMobile when my time is up.
