I still work. My $1,200 is going to go towards expensive sleeping bags or underemployed sex workers. Haven't decided yet

God I'm dying for REI to run a bike sale. Or any manufacturers to run sales on their bikes.

Years back their sales were good. I haven't seen a dividend in years because their sales are just awful. REI better get with the freakin program.

Well they better get with the farkin program or else they going to be left behind. Its coronapocolypse and everything is cheap now. Nobody works anymore, government gives us checks, and all hard goods from outdoor stores are 80% off, minimum.

Agreed. The only things I buy from REI these days are clearance items or stuff at their in-store garage sales (if I dare brave the crowds which have gotten exponentially bigger over time). Those deals can be awesome, but none of that stuff earns dividends.

There are definitely bike deals out there. I wouldn't go to REI for that. What kind of bike you looking for?
