There is about an inch difference between medium and extra wide (4e). There is 1/2 inch per size up or down.

I've never worn 4e Width shoes.

I usually don't have a problem with any regular shoes.


Anyone have experience with 4E width shoes??

I dropped from 13W to 12 4E (Extra Wide) and have been so happy with them.
