Does anyone know what is required to verify your status? I'm trying to get these for my sister who is a nurse but she will be in her shift when this line opens up today. Wondering if I'll need a license # or something at time of checkout.

They wanted your role, where you work, and your work email address, mainly. I didn't have to enter my license number or anything.

How long did it take before you were allowed to enter your information? I only ask because I ended up on the crocs site right at 9am pst for 1hr 43min before their message of being done for today appeared. Had my license waiting off to the side, but had no idea what their site was doing for period of time.

I think I waited for about 30 minutes today before I got to enter info, but I happened to be on my phone at the right time and loaded the website right at 12EST.

Best of luck to my frontline friends... and not just with regards to the shoes. ❤️

Who the hell has time to wait for these when you're on the front line? Not that I wanted a pair anyways, but just got my first break from processing covid samples all day. The real front line people are too busy to wait right now

They should just send these to few hospitals. With so much work now a days, i wonder if healthcare workes even have time to to wait 20-30mins for a possible free crocs.

Not to sound like an ass... but man this is the first time they ever offered things like this.... normally we get 1 week for nurses week. It would be nice if they would add all healthcare professionals to those discounts like military, firefighters, police officers...... I cant tell you how many times I've seen healthcare professions get injure their back trying to change a family member... they sit there and talk to them and listen to their lives... working 12 hour shifts...being exposed to cdiff... bathing... cleaning... you name it. And sadly enough these professionals dont get tips and they have no business giving a lower standard of care just cuz a family member chews them out for a simple job they wouldn't even do themselves because "I dont wipe @ss". So next time your working your job and your complaining about not getting tips... you need to realize other people work their assess off and dont complain about tips. And if you think nurses get paid alot and should worry about it.... how about you go to school for 4 years, rack up student loans, do clinical rotations (work for free) , then take a board exam. And work again to get into bedside care and deal with families who take their frustration out on you while being yelled at and educated flying people who's primary resource us google. Thank goodness all healthcare workers are finally seeing something positive.... all it took was a pandemic to get people to start recognizing this.
Just because you say not to sound like one, doesn't mean you don't sound like one.
I'm a clinician yet I do not belittle those who work in the service industry.
'Going to school for 4 years' is not always a feasible choice nor the best option for everyone and if magically everyone did, who would serve you at a restaurant? So please step down from your soapbox, I believe this forum is about deals.
