    They eventually expire. Officially, the same 45 days for activation as their 3-month SIMs, but I've activated a trial kit 4 or 5 months after getting it.

    Unfortunately, the promo price also eventually expires, which seems to have happened already.

    Just got my trial kit from amazon. No it does not work with the free data offer. In fact, the trial SIM won't create an Mint account credential that you can access. You can only upgrade it to a paid plan
