I ordered a couple about a week ago and they just showed up! Bigbattery has the ES4 for $449 and use Coupon code stayathome20 for an additional 20% off so it's $349 + tax with free shipping! The Segway ES4 is one of the higher end Electric Kickscooter's available; this one has 2 batteries (one internal, one external) and the one I received seems to be very similar to the ones that the Scooter Rental services where I live use. It arrived in a plain brown box, it came with a handful of assembly hardware (took no more than 10 minutes to install) and the only thing I believe is different here is this one does NOT fold in half. The next cheapest deal I saw on this was still over $200 more! Really quick and fun scooter for the price!
WARRANTY: I called Bigbattery and they said they will warranty it for 1 year. It also has a 30 day return policy in unused condition, and they will pay for return shipping if item is delivered defective.

I've seen some that did have the folding hinge but the pedal mount was ground flat. Might be able to just replace that part?
OP: could you please post a picture of the bottom part / underbody?
Is the Segway app connecting to it? Worried it may have some custom controller board...
Shouldn't be a problem to activate with the Segway app though.

Appreciate that info. I just couldn't risk not getting a warranty on one of these after past experiences with electric scooters.

This actually makes sense after seeing several others on ebay with the sellers claiming they were for rental companies. About the same price as after coupon on ebay as well once all said and done looks like.
Plus, the extra chunky battery pack on the handle stem raises the center of gravity and makes the ride less stable and less maneuverable.
I like the solid tires and the suspension though. And the extra power.

I actually had both and the Segway is way more stable and nimble than the m365. Also worth mentioning, no electronics / battery at the bottom risking getting soaked whenever you ride in puddles (no real weather seal, just a foam strip).
