Another upvote for Red Wing (own Iron Rangers and Moc Toe and both have been to hell and back). Just had my Moc Toe resoled lately by RW for $120.

I used to think Timberland made great boots. Then I found Red Wings. When your primary concern is keeping your boots clean, perhaps you're buying boots for the wrong reasons

Thanks OP. In for a pair. Definitely order a 1/2 size smaller. I'm a union construction worker and these are definitely not meant for construction. These are for fashion. Red Wing is the only way to go for construction. I buy 2 pairs a year the day after Black Friday. 20% off, can't beat it.

Thanks picked one up in size 8. Good idea to go full size down. I have a pretty wide feet and i wear a size 9 in jordan 1s if any of you need a reference.
Edit: If you're planning on wearing some thick socks or lacing the boots tight you should go down half a size.
