It was last this price in January and has been gradually been increasing since then. It was lower on Black Friday. The trend is for SSD's to be up in price this year, by the economy tanking might drive them back down.

It's an amazing M.2. Picked it up for $199 on BF. It may not be as pretty as the Samsung drives but it definitely outperforms them.
