It is loud, works good but gets hot quick and loud along the way. Radiator is thin, card is short, compact is a plus, not enough cooling surface is a minus.

MSI Evoke is cooler but also rather loud for my tastes. I personally really liked Gigabyte cards with 3x fans and ASRock Phantom Gaming D cards (also 3x fans). Both I have used a dozen times combined models and never had an issue, both are rather quiet and cool, not too tall or too long, 2.5-slot though. MSI Gaming-X series seems to be good. I will not touch another XFX 5700 series unless it is the only one left. I have not tried others.
I got the 5700 version of this card several months ago. It has been running perfectly. It runs very quietly, but does get up into the mid 80s while playing COD at max settings at 1440p. I do have the card in a Mini-ITX build with the graphics card pulling air in directly through a mesh side panel, which makes the fans not have to work as hard. So in a regular case it might get a bit louder.

ITX probably is the best use for it with perforated side panel right up against fans.
I think they should lower this cards to the $330 territory since the 2070 posted here can be had for $370 after code and rebate. If they wanna get more share of the market, plus with the new cards to come out this year, they should drop these prices. Cuz just like the Vega 56 and 64, once the new cards came out, it didn't make sense to buy those. Many people just like me are waiting for the next gen now, either buy em if they are better and run cooler or snag some of these current gen cards on a bigger sale either new or used in the near future.
I will admit the 5700XT is a waste. Get an RX 5700 and flash the 5700XT BIOS. Save some money. I bought an Evoke RX 5700 and am getting about 10% improved performance with a BIOS flash. Undervolted it runs drawing about 140W.

2070 non-super is slower than the 5700 xt. What you talking about Willis?
