Bought the DCW210B yesterday at Home Depot with the charger and smaller battery for $110. Had my eye on the DCD791B for a while now. $120 is a little steep, but the sander and driver for $220 + the 2x 5.0Ah batteries and charger with the bag is not bad. Considering doing this and returning the sander from HD.

Sorry that the tools you were looking for were not included in the sale. You are correct that the tool selection is rather small, but for people looking for a few specific tools, like the grease gun, XR recip saw, 6 1/2 saw, sander, or drills, its pretty good. 2 tools and 2 5 ah batteries with a charger for under or around $200. you can get the sander, saw, and batteries for $198. Just depends on what you are needed. for some it will be great, for others they wont find what they need here.

Depends on personal preference. I like detent pin. Much more predictable when removal than hog ring. Tools are less likely to fly away as well.

picked up the brushless sander and brushless reciprocating saw (short one) if i can sell the batteries and bag locally for $100-120 should be a pretty slick deal

The detent pin is fine. It takes a while to break it in so that the socket will pull off without having to poke it down. But mine is find now.

None on these prices are good alone but some are OK deals if you need batteries and also need the tools.
