I preferred arlo 2 years ago but the video recording and replay becom slower and slower I no longer feel good about it. But at this moment I don't know is there a better alternative out there?

Ring stick up is working well for me. I already am into the Ring Alarm ecosystem so it helps to have it all in one place. I tend to use those on my phone instead of my 4k PoE setup just because of convenience.
IMO 720p is not good enough for a security system. It's okay if you want to see IF someone is there but if you want to see WHO is there than 1080p should be the minimum.
When you actually need it to see a face or make out a licence plate it usually isn't enough.
Why not get the eufy for 1080p at this price. Literally just came in from installing mine. Also, not sure if the app changed, but Arlo's app always felt a bit slow.
If you have the ecosystem already then this is decent, but if not IMHO I'd go for higher definition over this
