Swingset recommendations (no OT)?

We currently have a Rainbow [rainbowplay.com](brand) swingset that is on its second family after my boss gave it to me about 8 years ago; he bought it for his oldest son who is now out of college for a year, so the set is around 20 years old now. It's a very good set with very thick cedar beams and the original hardware. When I moved it from his house I did have to reconstruct basically anything that touched the ground or where lawn debris would hang up (e.g. in the top playhouse).
The above said, even the main beams are showing their age, and it's time to replace the whole unit. I feel If I tried to replace rotting items (which aren't standard lumber sizes), not only would it be $$ but by then the whole unit would basically be "new".
I am not impressed with units I am finding online - lots of complaints of cracked lumber, and it generally seems very cheap, too, even though a decent set could run a couple $$k. I don't want to spend the money for a new Rainbow set (the closest one I can find to what I have now [greatoutdoorsplay.com] is about $3k and the lumber doesn't look NEARLY as beefy as the one I have)
Just wondering if anyone has personal experience with sets bought at common (e.g. not local) places?
As to why we need a set? I have a 10, 6 and twin 2 year olds, so the set will get many years of use.

You might even be able to use some of the old lumber that didn't touch the ground.
Cheers!
