Good price on a good product. I have large version as well and picked this one up for the harder to reach areas. I bought all of the 'other' types of combs before finally purchasing the gold standard awhile back after being feed up with them. Wish I had done it sooner that's for sure.

Is this really the gold standard? The pros I see using something like this https://www.amazon.com/Andis-2-In...mp_s_a_1_3 which is what we have and love it.

I have one of these and it's awesome. We tried several different brushes and this one is light years ahead of them. And my dog loves when he gets brushed with this.

10/10. Would buy again.

Just note, this is a "finishing comb" not the real "FURminator"

The real "FURminator" looks liek this: https://smile.amazon.com/Furminat...ies&sr=1-7 (comes in different sizes and blade types for different animals/hair lengths).

I have a knockoff with the same blade design and it is fantastic compared to a traditional brush. Much more expensive than this deal, but totally worth the money.

What is linked in this deal is just a pretty ordinary comb.

While this is not the first product released by the brand FURminator, this is still a "real FURminator." FURminator is a brand so any product released by them is a Furminator, just like every model of Ford is a Ford. A Mustang is still a Ford. It also does state finishing comb in the title. I believe the first product from FURminator was an undercoat de-shedding tool/brush.

I would not use this "in your poodle." However, it may work very well on your poodle.

Had one for my pom. Ended up going back to dollar store hair brushes. Might be good for dogs with thinner/single coats though
