We have this and it is fairly well designed and built. It is quite heavy with good padding, yet still level. I know it seems kind of gimmicky, but we have already got a lot of fun out of it, especially given that we have so much more time on our hands these days.

Nice! Snagged one. Thanks, OP! Looks great for $25. I'm going to put it on top of my $21 desk (more like a table) from a little while back. I'm glad I didn't buy that desk for nothing! You know, the slick deals effect is real. Anyway, it's a 40" desk and this shuffleboard is 45". A little (2.5") hanging off each end won't be too bad and I can't complain for less than $50 altogether. Well, I could, but I probably won't.

Those who already have this - is any other product needed for regular maintenance? I see shuffleboard wax and shuffleboard polish being sold on the same page. If any of those items are needed might as well buy those itself instead of a random filler. Will easily go above $35.

Considering this, but does anyone know if it's just a crappy kids game? The shuffleboard pieces look like cheap plastic and like they may have absolutely no weight to them. I realize this is a tabletop $50 version of a game that would cost a hell of a lot more for the real thing, but on the fence about buying it. No kids here, just my wife and I in our 30s, but we love playing board games, card games, etc.

Probably not as these pucks slide on a bearing. The other items would be for a traditional hardwood shuffleboard like you might find in a bar.

Looks like the pucks are just metal spheres that roll, whereas real table shuffleboard uses metal pucks that glide and require a layer of fine sand to slide easily. I would expect sand and polish to be utterly useless for this.
