Heads up that if they are sold out on these deals, they still send you the gift card and charge you for it.

I was pretty pissed to find this out recently as I didn't want a $20 gift card and they refused to refund me the $20 on it.
40 oz of Play-Doh
These are the mini jars.

Still a good deal, but just be sure you know what you're buying.
It looks like shipping is free at $35. However it also looks like they subtract the gift cards value from meeting the shipping requirement. It is telling me I am $25 away from $35 free shipping on 2 of them in my cart. So it's only counting for $5/ea towards the free shipping

*edit, also pickup not available. RIP

Like the previous comment indicated they don't have local pickup so shipping kills the deal.

On a related note it looks like Costco is going to be carrying the 50 pack of Play Doh again. The following link on their website for four 50 packs indicates that it may be available at your local warehouse. Unfortunately I don't need that much so I'm hoping that my local Costco has individual 50 packs which they had last year for $10.

Good alternative, but this one's $5 for 40 (after gc) so a much better price. Maybe I'll find something else to add to hit free ship later.

My kid is at play doh age now and I gifted away all the sets I got from a similar deal a couple years ago.

Gave up. That website is too hard to place an order. Lots of out of stock popping up in the checkout process.

How and when does the gift card arrive? I want to send the play doh to a different address as a gift, but want to keep the egift card.

Please correct me if i am mistaken... this is a 40 pack of the mini jars at 1oz each. Walmart regularly carries the 4oz jars at 50cents each. #10 of the 4oz jars is the equivalent to this 40 pack. #10 4oz jars costs $5 bucks.......See where im going with this??

The eGift card code should go to your email address. The Play-Doh will go to the physical address you want it sent to.

Why didn't you just challenge it with your CC company? I know that's extra work, but I certainly wouldn't back down from them over it.
