This is interesting

I have no idea what to make of this. I have a Hypervolt knockoff that exactly matches the one Costco is selling and it works well. IMO it works similar to the Hypervolt, but no where near the depth and intensity as a Theragun, obviously.
As a point of reference, I paid $99 for mine. I regularly see these things go for $79-$99.

Anyway you can return anything to Costco. Enjoy!

I'm a Physical therapist and use these type of devices regularly for patient treatment. We have a HYPERVOLT (~$250) in our outpatient PT clinic which is great for acute muscle soreness (DOMS) & soft tissue remodeling.

There are many "knockoffs" like this one, but finding one that is reliable and durable is the key. We have had fellow PT clinicians buy the cheaper versions for personal use and have returned them due to poor quality, limited percussion power, short battery life, and rattling housing.

With all that said, I've already order this item from Costco for use in my home gym. Crossing fingers that it's just as good as the professional/industrial versions which would be a steal for only $60. You can't beat the Costco return policy if it is not of quality. Hope this helps...
It's percussion. Just like a vibrating drum.
Question that we'll probably see 20x in this thread. Depends on your expectation. It's better than a normal massager IMO. Though is that still good enough for anyone here?

I suffer from nightly back soreness. I'm an active person and play multiple sports a year and power lift year round. So for something that relieves some soreness nightly, this thing is pretty great. It's the only constant I have because I can't afford regular chiro, massage, cup or accu pressure therapy visits. Oh and my wife tired of me asking for a back rub every night.

Is this perfect? Absolutely not. Lets be real. It's $59.

Personally I don't think this helps with recovery like some claim. But IMO it helps with acute soreness.

Bought one a couple days ago. Should deliver by Friday. Battery life looked to be better than other brands.

Actually I think that might be Costco's typo... The manufacturer refers to it as percussion massager.

'Product details have been supplied by the Manufacturer, and are hosted by a third party.

The Massimo Percussion Massager is ideal for athletes and gym enthusiasts..."

It's definitely percussion. Has to do with the way the massager works.
