Still live. I just purchased a second pair. I find the ability to get real stereo separation (speakers 2" apart is not stereo in my mind) far outweighs the better sound quality I might get with other Bluetooth speakers. The sound quality is pretty decent and there is no way you are going to get anything that sounds even close to these for $12 a pair with free shipping.
