Edit: let me actually contribute. Great price. I use a moka pot several times a week. I personally prefer Bialetti, as they are made in Italy, have been around for a century, and are built to last.
A few tips for brewing. I recommend grinding the coffee a bit finer than drip, but not quite espresso grind. Use preheated water so that you aren't keeping the pot on the stove for too long (can cook the coffee making it bitter and flow out in spits and spurts). Use a low to medium heat. And finally, once the flow of coffee is the color of honey, remove from heat and cool off the reservoir (I dip it into a bowl of room temp water) to stop the brewing. This is a good starting point, and then you can experiment/alter to your liking.
Some coffee will be amazing in this, and some will be really acidic. I love a dark roast. Also, it's always recommended to grind whole beans before brewing. Any preground coffee will be hard to get right and any staleness in it will only be amplified with this type of brewing method. If you can't get freshly roasted coffee, I hear the Italian companies do a well enough job with their blends prepackaged (Lavazza, Illy, Kimbo.)
Have fun!
