It shows free on the US store but it was $19.99 (at 10A ET) when I went to checkout. I had to go to the German store to get the free offer. Maybe they'll fix this but until then the link below worked for me.

I just got mine at the UK store. Not sure what's going on with the US store. The initial frontpage says free, but the purchase page says 19.99...
