I posted this on another link, but I think it also applies here . . .

"Kinder bummed about this . . . .

I recently ordered 4 boxers and was favorably impressed. Yes, the waistbands are starting to pill, but the other performance features more than made up for this shortcoming.

I was so impressed that--less than a week ago--I went back to the website to order more. For whatever reason, I didn't pull the trigger.

The Problem? The same stuff that I was going to order at $9.99 is now $13.99! I'm not gonna even bother with calculating how much worse 25% off of $13.99 is than $9.99.

Keep in mind this is leftover Xmas stuff that I want.

This kind of gamesmanship is not going to win my long-term loyalty, which is too bad--the product is fine, but I can't stand the "fake" sales. I can get that crap anywhere.

Duluth, please don't pull this crap. Please?"

As you said, they bundled these with the holiday colors. No go for me. I need to show my colors over zoom

$0.51, but I get your point. "Sale" price is still higher than the previous regular price :/

Holy crap, that's some expensive underwear. I'm surprised SD'ers would pay that much for it.

Underwear above $5 are considered panties in my book.

I've always been an avid boxer briefs guy, literally buy a dozen new ones a month. I've always thought about these, as they make em sound like they're the greatest you can find.

What makes these so great at $11 a pair? Heck what makes these so great at all?

Personally these Hanes X-Temp MESH Performance boxer briefs
are by far the most comfortable and I've never had an issue with them "riding up" while wearing them, but be sure you get the mesh ones. The cotton ones do ride up.

I bought 1 pair of performance boxer briefs around Christmas time last year. They are AWESOME. Thankful for your post. Been wanting to get more.

That price of $6 (I'm sure a lot cheaper with store coupons and promos) makes more practical sense to me. If they fit well and are comfortable, that's just as good these Deluth stuff. So what if it lasts only a 100 washes.. Replacing them every 2-3 years makes sense to me.

Got these before from a previous deal. Not super impressed especially for the price. I prefer UNIQLO.

mine are pilling on the front material (not the bands). Delicate wash,, delicate dry. And I just looked, first pair I bought was about 11 months ago. But I started noticing this about 4 months ago. So it started after about 5 months of use, and then it was maybe once a week. if not less.

Yes, these are worth it, unless you're just not at all picky about underwear. I bought a few pair on a sale, then stocked up like crazy when the Xmas patterns went on clearance. I mean, who cares if most of my BBs have wooly mammoths on them now? They're super comfy and were cheaper that way.

FWIW, my fat ass stretches these out quite a bit, especially the waistband, as I wear my undies up on my waist where they are supposed to be -- and that is not a narrow place. All of them still look brand new so far. They bounce back great. And I'm not fighting with underwear riding up and twisting. It really is kind of like they aren't even there by comparison.

Everyone before they've worn buck naked underwear: "that's some expensive underwear. Who would pay that much?"
Everyone after they've worn buck naked underwear: "OMG they're worth every penny. Why didn't I buy them sooner?"

They are as life-changing as a pair of underwear can be. People have no idea what they're missing out on, and it's not like some expensive electronics device. Its underwear...for less than $15
